I became interested in photography after my own children were born. Actually, after my third child was born. I soon developed camera envy. I wanted a DSLR really bad! My husband made my dream come true on my 30th birthday. He and the rest of my family gave me a Nikon D60. I new nothing about it or the capabilities. My first photos were not spectacular. They were not even good. My eye, style, and interest in the science of photography soon started developing.
Photography is my release. My break from everyday life. My joy.
I am a child and family photographer. I enjoy real life. My goal is to capture the everyday moments in life that make it special. I cherish the small things in my own life and encourage others to do the same though my work.
